At Mocka, we want you to love your new furniture and decor, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for any items that aren't the perfect fit for your home. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully disassemble the product and place it back into its original box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it securely to the outside of the box, and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
